Sifu Samuel Harris first met Moy Yat, and began studying in his school (Chinatown NYC), in October of 1992.
In February of 1996 Sam became a disciple of Moy Yat through the bai-tze ceremony. Following a move to Maryland in the spring of 2000, Sifu Harris began teaching in Silver Spring, just outside of Washington D.C.. Currently, Sifu Harris now resides and teaches in Fort Washington, Maryland.
